Kaylee Molien

Kaylee Molien holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Legal Studies and plans to pursue law school in the future. Married to her high school sweetheart, Kaylee has had a front-row seat to life with chronic illness and spent years learning to navigate it alongside him.

Becoming a new mother inspired Kaylee to write a children's book on her husband's experience managing type one diabetes with the support of his service dog — not only for her daughter, but for other families facing similar challenges. Kaylee hopes this heartfelt story will inspire families navigating chronic illness and help children who feel different find comfort, understanding, and a sense of belonging.
